Inside the Records Tab: Understanding Consentmo's Recent Update
In order to facilitate your experience with the Consentmo app, we introduced a brand new tab called Records. This tab combines all the previously known tabs: Policy Acceptances, GDPR/CCPA/APPI Requests, and Deletion Requests into one. This resulted in a more simplified admin layout, as this one tab now stores all that important information in one place. Now, let’s check what you will find in thе new Records tab.
What does the Records tab include?
The Records tab is located in the admin side of the app in between the Translation and the Help Center tabs. As we already mentioned, it includes the data for the Policy Acceptances, GDPR/CCPA/APPI Requests, and Deletion Requests.
Here is how the Records tab looks like
What is included in the Policy Acceptances section?
In the Policy Acceptances section, you will be able to track the information for the interactions with the Cookie Consent Bar. As an admin of the store, you will see the different interactions that your store visitors have with the Cookie Bar.
Here is how the Policy Acceptances section looks like
Here you have three main columns:
1. The page where the customer interacted with the Cookie Bar 2. The type of cookies that are accepted or blocked 3. The interaction button
The rest of the information is the Email of the customer (and Customer ID, if they are registered), the IP address, and the exact date and time of the interaction.
From this section, you will be able to export the data as well. In order to do that just click on the Export button and choose the type of file that you prefer.
Disclaimer: For the Premium plan users, there is a Filter by Date option for the Export. This allows you to filter the records by date in advance and then make an export only for the selected period.
Here is how the exported information from the Policy Acceptances section looks like
The export includes all the information from the Policy Acceptances section in descending order. You may wonder what the slash means in the Accepted Page column.
This shows that the interaction is coming from the home page.
What is stored in the GDPR/CCPA/APPI Requests section?
This section stores all the information for the submitted request through the Compliance pages. The data that you will find there is as follows (from left to right):
1. Customer's email 2. The type of the request 3. The source of the request 4. The IP address of the customer 5. The exact date and time of the request
Here is how the GDPR/CCPA/APPI Requests section looks like
In order to export the information from this section, the only thing you need to do is click on the Export button and choose the type of file that you prefer.
The exported data includes all the information from the submitted requests through the Compliance pages in descending order.

What is behind the Deletion Request section?
The Deletion Requests section includes the records of the submitted requests for account deletion through the Compliance pages. Here, the data will be shown only after the customer has confirmed the deletion request via the email received from the Compliance page request submission. The type of request you need to submit for that, is called Right to be Forgotten. In this section, you will find:
1. Customer's email 2. Customer's ID 3. The status of the request 4. The exact date and time of the request
How the Deletions Request section looks like
The information here can also be exported. By clicking on the Export button and choosing the type of file that you prefer, you will get all the details from the submitted deletion requests in descending order.

And this is what the new Records tab does. Stay tuned for upcoming updates and releases.
